RFP - Capital Campaign Feasibility Study

The Tabor Opera House Preservation Foundation invites qualified and experienced consultants/firms to submit a proposal for a Capital Campaign Feasibility Study for the Tabor Opera House, a national treasure and historic landmark located in Leadville, CO. We are seeking a consultant/firm with expertise in conducting feasibility studies for capital campaigns in the nonprofit sector and a deep understanding of historic preservation and cultural heritage projects.

The primary objectives of this feasibility study are as follows:

• Assess the potential for a successful capital campaign to fund the interior rehabilitation of the Tabor Opera House.
• Identify high potential major donors in the following “donor categories”: large institutional/foundation donors, corporations, regional grant agencies (public and private), federal granting agencies, individual donors (major individual gifts)
• Evaluate the campaign's proposed phases and make recommendations on how to best position the rehabilitation approach for financial support.
• Develop a comprehensive report outlining findings and recommendations to guide our campaign strategy.
