PURPOSE OF SOLICITATION:  The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified multidisciplinary consultants to assist the Town of Parker with a major update to the Parker 2035 Master Plan, the Town’s comprehensive master plan.

SUBMISSION OF OFFERS: The Town of Parker will accept electronic bid proposals submitted through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing system. A Submittal Log will be posted after the opening of responses and after the Town has had an opportunity to review and verify the submittals. If the submittal arrives late, it will not be included.

SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES: The following activities and dates tentatively outline the process to be used to solicit consultant responses and to evaluate each consultant proposal. Distribute Request for Proposal Friday, March 1, 2024

 Deadline for Submitting Questions Friday, March 29, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. MST
 Proposal Submission Deadline Friday, April 12, 2024 @ 10:00 a.m. MST

TERM OF CONTRACT: The awarded contract shall commence with an initial annual term. The Town shall have the option to renew the Agreement for additional one-year terms under the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement by issuance of an Extension Letter. Multi-year agreements are not allowed in the state of Colorado
